  • Land Share Details: Fields to enter share, area as per share, and survey numbers.
  • Tenant/Sharecropper Information: Table for entering full name, father’s name, CNIC number, contact number, and total area (acres) with an option to add or delete entries.
  • Crop Status Section: Fields to record season, orchard, crop type, area (acres), and average yield (Mds per acre).
